Terms & Conditions

Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd retains the title to goods supplied until fully paid for by the purchaser.


Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd will, from the date of purchase, replace or repair, at its discretion, any goods that are defective in materials or workmanship, with the following conditions:

  • The warranty period is 2 years for optical frames and 1 year for sunglasses from the original date of purchase.

  • The faulty product must be returned, together with proof of original purchase.

  • Every effort will be made by Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd to keep replacement frames and spare parts for a number of years, however, Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd reserves the right to replace any faulty frame or sun clip with a similar style if necessary.

  • Warranty does not apply for normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental breakage of sun clips.

  • Domani Eyewear Pty Ltd’s liability shall not exceed the value of the original supply of goods.


  • Goods are sold on a non-refundable basis.

  • Goods must be returned in original packaging and must be clean, unmarked and in a saleable condition.

  • Goods sold on approval must be requested as such on placement of order and returned in saleable condition within 14 days, with a copy of the original invoice.

  • Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by paperwork including proof of original purchase and reason for fault.
